Method & Communication

⦁ During a phone interview the ship data will be exchanged and survey/service requirements and expectations will be discussed and evaluated.
⦁ Based on the ship-data and survey/service requirements the detailed offer will be prepared and presented.
⦁ After confirmation the order will be signed and the date of survey/service will be agreed
⦁ Pre-Survey Information will be provided (two-ways)
⦁ The delivery of the report (depending on the ship) will be presented within 5 – 10 working days after the survey has taken place
⦁ Where necessary the different stages will be discussed and evaluated during the processes
⦁ Reports will be presented in Dutch/English
